Stay-at-home orders during this period of time have disrupted not only exercise habits but also everyday activity habits and eating habits. Today, we check in with the coordinator of the annual Walk Kansas program, currently under way, and learn some ways we can stay active and healthy – physically, emotionally and psychologically – in spite of the current circumstances.
