In this episode, we have a chat with Keith Martin (@WED_Livestock on Twitter), the livestock and forage agent from the Wildcat Extension District in southeast Kansas. Along with talking about his specialty in livestock, he tells us about his work to build up the next generation of producers by coaching a nationally successful livestock judging team and how their local communities supported the team’s journey to Scotland and Ireland to learn about livestock practices there.
