In this episode, we’re having a conversation with Erin Petersilie, the Family and Consumer Science Agent serving the Walnut Creek Extension District in west-central Kansas. Her home office is in Dighton (a little north and east of Garden City), and she also works out of Ness City and LaCrosse (which is south of Hays) each week. Along with lots of miles to travel, Erin tells us about the many hats that extension agents wear, too.
