In this episode, we get to chat with Brian Rees, the ag and natural resources agent and county director of K-State Research and Extension in Lyon County. We have a timely chat about armyworms feeding in brome in Lyon and Waubunsee Counties and how Rees serves local producers by helping keep them aware of what’s going on in the region and sharing unbiased information about their options. Brian also talks about why he values working in the K-State Research and Extension system and how important communication is for an extension agent.
